The Pearson Test of English comes in three different forms.

PTE Young Learners:

It is internationally tested with globally standardized test papers, setting, marking, and certificate, ensuring recognition everywhere.

PTE General:

It’s an internationally recognized test that ensures success over time.

PTE Academic:

It helps you enter your desired institute by being more reliable, more test-taker friendly, more efficient, and much more.

The Australian DIAC accepts PTE Academic for Students and Immigration visa applications.

A guide for PTE Young Learners:

The Pearson Test of English is an English skills test for children aged 5 to 12 years old.

The Pearson Test of English / PTE is a Children’s English Test that is an accreditation internationally recognized for the student’s understanding and academic levels. This test can help their studies and help them with entry to the school of their choice.

• This test will make the students familiar with these types of questions with each paper and increase their confidence in any test situation.

PTE Children English Test

Formation

• Written assessment of the applicant’s ability to read, write, and listen.
• Their oral demonstration skills assess applicants’ verbal communication skills. Then the scores are based upon the applicant’s English demonstration skills and how they interact with other applicants when engaging with board game activities.
• Thus, it simulates the real situation theme and life characters of the story.

Examination

• Hong Kong exams are held twice a year, generally around May and November.

• The written test is 1 hour.
• The interview is 20 minutes.

• Approximately 12 weeks after the exam, a Certificate will come in the mail.
